8 - 10 Pound Turkey For an unstuffed turkey, cook 2 hours and 45 minutes to 3 hours. For a stuffed turkey cook 3 hours and 15 minutes to 3 hours and 30 minutes.  

10 - 12 Pound Turkey For an unstuffed turkey, cook 3 hours to 3 hours and 15 minutes. For a stuffed turkey cook 3 hours and 30 minutes to 3 hours and 45 minutes.

12 - 16 Pounds  For an unstuffed turkey, cook 3 hours and 15 minutes to 3 hours and 30 minutes. For a stuffed turkey cook 3 hours and 45 minutes to 4 hours .  

16 - 20 Pounds  For an unstuffed turkey, cook 3 hours and 30 minutes to 4 hours and 30 minutes. For a stuffed turkey cook 4 hours to 5 hours .  

20 - 25 Pounds  For an unstuffed turkey, cook 4 hours and 30 minutes to 5 hours . For a stuffed turkey cook 5 hours to 6 hours .  

Turkey is ready when thermometer reads 165 farenheit.
