Quality and Price

Fresh beef, chicken, and pork is prepared and packaged every day on location by our skilled butcher staff. Sourcing great products that are cut in store by our knowledgable team of butchers is what has given The Mad Butcher the reputation for great quality at a great price.

Sourcing is another important part of our strategy. We first look to use fresh local product from farmers right here in British Columbia. As pricing and availability fluctuate we also source products from Alberta, USA, Australia and New Zealand. This helps us keep the quality high and the prices low. All sourced products are clearly marked.
