(The Perfect) Steak 

#1 Leave steak out of the fridge for at least 1hr to come to room temperature. This will help the steak sear better and form a better surface crust. 

#2 Pat dry the steak with paper towel. 

#3  10 minutes before grilling brush or rub oil onto the steak surface then season with your favourite rub or steak seasoning. 

#4 Preheat your grill to high heat. 

#5 Put steaks on high heat and grill for 3-4 minutes each side.

#6 Then turn heat to low and cook for another 5-7 minutes for medium, less for rare and more for well done.  

#7 Let steak rest 5min before eating.
